Keith Suttle – Performance Coach/Owner
Keith grew up in the Chicagoland area and received his Bachelors in Exercise Science from Illinois State University with a minor in business. He then went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Biomechanics from Ball State University where he researched and analyzed topics such as the Olympic lifts and the golf swing. Keith is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Golf Fitness Specialist and Biomechanist through Titleist. He is also K-Vest level 2 certified and level 2 certified in functional movements systems. He trains high school, college and professional athletes using programs that combine science, assessment and sports performance to help athletes improve individual limitations and weaknesses.
Leith Anderson – Golf Coach, Golf Digest Top 100 Club Fitter
Leith learned to play golf with his Uncle Jack between Little League games in Hinsdale, IL. In high school, he played on a State Champion golf team – and swam for a State Champion swimming team. He competed on the Stanford golf team in the 1960’s. After a business career in high technology, Leith founded the Golf Lab in Palo Alto, California dedicated to applying technology to building custom golf clubs. His passion is helping junior golfers excel in competition – and win college scholarships. The Golf Lab was named “Top 100 Clubfitter” by Golf Digest Magazine in 2011. Leith returned to the family farm in Lebanon, IN 2013 to be closer to his family. He joined the Correct2Compete staff as a custom clubfitter and golf coach and looks forward to building “Magic Clubs” for many years to come.
Nik Cross – Lead Instructor
Nik Cross is our Golf Performance Coach and also played college golf. Nik is currently working his way through his Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology. He has always been passionate about golf and the golf swing, soaking up any knowledge pertaining to the subject. Over the past few years, Nik has refined and honed his knowledge to help a wide array of golfers, from young-beginners, to more experienced adults, and every other skill and age in-between. With Nik, you will leave with more knowledge about the golf swing, while having a good time doing so!
Jason Suttle – Performance Coach
Jason grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago playing basketball from a young age. He played four years of high school basketball, gained experience working with athletes in speed and agility basketball-training camps and received an opportunity to play college basketball at Morton College. After two years, he transferred to IUPUI to pursue a degree in Business Marketing. Jason continues to work on his Bachelor’s Degree while dedicating time as a speed and agility apprentice at C2C. Jason brings the energy and enthusiasm to the youth speed and agility programs without losing focus on the seriousness of training the athletes to reach their full potential. He is also certified in club repair from the Mitchell Club Repair School and currently works as a club repair specialist at C2C.
Max Ingle – Performance Coach
Max grew up just outside Indianapolis playing baseball and golf and developing his passion for fitness. He earned a Bachelor in Exercise Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University. Max joined the Correct2Compete team after completing an internship with the company in 2015. He now trains baseball players—specifically pitchers—working to make his athletes become the hardest hitting, fastest pitching players in the area. Having also played golf since the age of seven—six years competitively—Max works with golfers on their fitness to build proper technique based on individual needs.
Michelle Stahl – Performance Coach
Michelle is an Indiana University graduate with a Bachelor in Exercise Science. During her first year she took courses to become a certified EMT, while dedicating her first two years at IU to Athletic Training, with an intent of attending Medical school for sports medicine. She worked with Indiana University’s basketball teams, the track and field team, wrestlers, as well as the Bloomington South High School wrestling team. During her time studying abroad in Australia, she decided to pursue a route in personal training within health and fitness industry. Michelle now works as a sports performance coach, as well as with patients who have been in physical therapy and are looking to get back into physical shape. With her passion to help others become better physically, and allow them to see results, she joined the Correct2Compete team in March of 2017.
Ricky Windell – Performance Coach
Ricky grew up in Delphi, Indiana playing soccer, basketball, and baseball. He started playing football late in his high school career, and ended up having the opportunity to play college football as a wide receiver at Hanover College. There he received a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology, and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Ricky enjoys working with athletes of all ages and is in charge of programming and training for Speed and Agility at C2C.
Dr. Steven R. Hart – Chiropractor
Dr. Steven attended Indiana University where he obtained a B.S. in Biology. He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic earning another degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Steven studied many different chiropractic techniques so that he could gain different avenues to help and treat patients. He focuses on finding the mechanism of injury and educating the patient through lifestyle and work ergonomic changes to avoid re-injury or long term overuse damage. Dr. Steven also uses soft tissue therapy to help muscles recover from an injury and to release muscle “knots” as well as use RockTape to aid in muscle recovery and neuromuscular re-education. Dr. Steven has helped many patients out of pain and into a more functional and stress free life. Dr. Steven is always happy to help, when his door is open, just knock and ask what chiropractic can do for you.
