Just like FlightScope, Focus Band is used by the best and most knowledgable people in golf, including top tour players and instructors. Two of the best in the world, Jason Day and Justin Rose, use Focus Band as a regular part of their training. The great Arnold Palmer said that the game of golf is at least 80% mental. Focus Band is the best technology in golf for improving a golfer’s mental approach to the game.
What is Focus Band and What does it do?
Focus Band is a wearable brain training headband containing sensors to measure your brain activity. It is digitally connected via Bluetooth to a device such as your phone or computer and essentially shows the golfers “state of mind” by giving neurofeedback. Focus Band has modules designed to help golfers regulate and guide their breathing which top golfers will tell you is a key factor in having the right mentality to play the best golf. The most important aspect of regulating a player’s state of mind is getting the brain and heart in rhythm. Focus Band training allows a player to be able to control this much easier, putting them in the best mindset to manage their emotions and physiology, which generally results in better golf swings.
